Our stay at El Caite was enjoyable. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the central park. The rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning, which was great. The common area with the pool and hammocks was a nice place to relax. Breakfast offered a variety of options, including pancakes and eggs with gallo pinto. I would recommend this hostel.

The hostel staff was friendly and helpful, even though communication was a bit difficult if you didn't speak Spanish. We didn't experience any issues with money being stolen, and the staff seemed trustworthy. the happy hour with free cocktails was a great bonus. the location was excellent, with attractions like Iglesia la Merced and Parque Central nearby. the common area was a perfect place to relax and socialize, with a pool and plenty of seating. the air conditioning and warm shower in our room were much appreciated. the staff also accommodated us by storing our luggage for the day. the hostel felt safe, with security cameras and the doors being closed at night. the breakfast was good, and there was a variety of options each day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable with great air conditioning. The location was perfect, and the staff treated me like family.
The morning meal could have been better if they had more variety of fresh fruit.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hostel with a great pool and clean rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast and happy hour were a nice touch. The organized tours to Masaya volcano and Laguna apoyo were amazing. I enjoyed my time so much that I extended my stay from 2 nights to a whole week. I highly recommend this hostel for a perfect vacation experience.

Great location near the city center and easily accessible to main attractions. The swimming pool was a refreshing and enjoyable feature, especially on hot days.- The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance in organizing trips and tours.
Beware of security issues. I experienced theft of belongings during my stay, and the hotel management did not take appropriate action or show any concern.

Located in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and central park. the common area is perfect for relaxing, with a beautiful pool and plenty of seating. the staff were friendly and attentive, helping us with any requests and storing our luggage for the day.
The internet was very unreliable and slow. Some of the lockers were broken and couldn't be locked, causing inconvenience and security concerns.

The staff is friendly, accommodating, and makes you feel at home. Great location near the central church and park. Relaxing common area with pool and plenty of seating. AC and warm showers in the rooms. Stored our luggage for the day.

The lounge rooms were spacious and the swimming pool was a nice touch. The breakfast menu was outstanding, with delicious pancakes, fresh fruit, and my favorite Guayabera juice. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the hot shower was a welcome relief. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend this place.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a fantastic room. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the main square, and the staff at El Caite were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal even better would be an earlier start time.
